How many should I use?

What do the patches look and feel like when they have been used?
They could range in color from black and dark green to different shades of brown and will feel a bit slushy. This is normal.

Can I walk while I am wearing the patches?
Yes, you can walk on the patches. Just be sure to wear socks to help keep them on your feet.
